【摘 要】目的 比较两种皮下注射方法对疼痛的影响，有效注射同时减轻疼痛。方法 选择60例患者的120次注射，使用方法一绷紧皮肤注射法;方法二捏起腹部皮肤垂直进针法。结果 两种不同的注射方法的疼痛比较方法二优于方法一。结论 改进后的皮下注射低分子肝素钠(依诺肝素，克赛)比注射方法一更能减轻患者疼痛。
