【摘 要】临终关怀是人类社会的需要，对于临终病人我们应做好各方面的护理，同时对于病人家属的护理也应提起重视。患者家属对于即将失去亲人无法接受，所表现出的痛苦无以言表，此时极需要护理人员给予心理支持;护士有责任照顾病人的家属，关注病人家属的需要，鼓励家属与病人在一起，为病人和家属创造有利于交流和保护病人及家属隐私的环境。
