【摘 要】目的 对一氧化碳中毒患者给予高压氧治疗，总结该治疗的护理方法。方法 回顾性总结我院两年间收治的188例一氧化碳中毒患者，经高压氧治疗的同时采取有效的护理措施，观察临床疗效。结果 186例患者得以治愈，2例患者转为一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病。结论 对于一氧化碳中毒患者应早期进行高压氧治疗，同时应做好整个治疗过程的护理工作，从而减少迟发性脑病的发生，提高患者的治愈率。
