【摘 要】本文通过探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果，分析术后复发原因，从而得出结论：角膜缘干细胞相对缺乏是自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉术后复发的主要原因，而加强术前病例选择、术中严格规范操作和术后辅助治疗对降低术后复发率很有帮助。
