【摘 要】探讨急性心肌梗死对患者心理的影响，帮助患者正确认识本疾病，做好康复指导，使患者积极配合治疗、护理，从而达到早日康复的目的。急性心梗患者发病时露出焦虑、恐惧，有濒死感。护士在护理过程中一方面要做好细致的病情观察，及时准确地予以治疗，更要加强心理护理，更好地配合治疗和护理。
