【摘 要】随着医疗体制的不断改革及提高，患者对护理质量的要求也越来越高。然而要满足患者的护理质量要求，不仅要对其进行精心的护理，还需要对护理工作中存在的护理风险进行管理，将护理风险给患者带来的影响降至最低。因此，要想为患者提供最佳的护理服务，就要加强护理管理，就要加强护理风险管理。本文结合实际，简述如何加强风险管理，提高护理管理实效，以期为实践提供参考依据。
