【摘 要】为了牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者得到最佳的修复效果，笔者根据患者口腔的特点，对相关固位因素加以充分利用，改进了修复方法，使50例牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者得到了满意的修复效果，并由此得出结论：要想使牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者得到最佳的修复效果，在义齿修复的过程中，要对相关固位因素加以重视。
