【摘 要】要想满足患者的药学服务需要，中药师不仅需要从专业角度为患者讲解如何科学、合理服用药物，还需要针对患者的具体情况采用适当的沟通技巧，将药学信息更加顺利地传递给患者，使患者从中获取他们想要获取的药物信息。本文结合笔者经验，简述应当培养中药师哪些沟通技巧。
