【摘 要】目的：探讨面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床特点及预防和治疗。方法：回顾性分析55例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床资料。结果：男女之比为，平均年龄 岁。所有患者均有不同程度的烦躁和焦虑情绪，经治疗后均治愈或好转。结论：本病多发于中青年女性，均因外用激素制剂不当所致，以温和的非激素类外用制剂保护性对症治疗配合心理辅导，均能改善皮损，使皮肤基本恢复正常。

 Abstract：Objective To study the clinical characteristics，prevention and therapy of the facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.Methods：The clinical data of 55 cases with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results：For all of 55 cases.

 the ratio of male and female was 1：8.2，average age was 33.6years.All of the patients had different degree of fidgety and worry.After the treatment the patients were improved or cured .Conclusion：The facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis involved quite often in young and middle— aged women.The cause of this disease was improper hormone preparation for external use.To moderate of preparation protective symptomatic treatment with psychological counseling ......
