【摘 要】目的：探讨小切口切除甲状腺瘤的适应证及效果。方法：回顾分析小切口摘除甲状腺瘤102例。结果：手术效果满意，随访半年均无不适、局部无粘连现象。结论：小切口摘除甲状瘤创伤小、恢复快、术后局部疼痛轻，不失为一种微创技术。
