【摘 要】产后血循环衰竭又称产后虚脱，是重度妊高症患者的产后并发症之一，如不积极采取有效措施，将危及患者生命，因此，对于妊高症产后血循环衰竭的患者应采取有效的预防措施，从饮食护理、用药指导、心理护理等方面做好护理工作，以降低发病率。
