【摘 要】急诊科在基层医院承担着预检分诊的任务，急诊病人病情复杂，是容易发生医院纠纷的诊室，因此应做好预检分诊工作。通过不断提高急诊预检分诊的质量，使患者就诊时间明显缩短，在最短时间得到及时准确的救治，避免了医患矛盾，树立了医院良好的窗口形象。
