【摘 要】本文以山东省高校潍坊医学院为例，总结该校麻醉学专业学位研究生培养做法，从优化课程体系、加强实践基地、强化实践技能、深化科研平台建设、提升导师团队建设、严格考核管理等多个方面探索麻醉学专业学位研究生培养，为专业学位研究生培养模式提供理论支持和决策建议。
