【摘 要】目的 部分子宫切除患者除常见潮热多汗、心悸失眠、易怒等症状外可伴随疲乏气短等表现，分析补中益气汤对这类患者疲乏气短症状的治疗情况。方法 观察2013-2014年我科门诊治疗的42例子宫切除后明显疲乏气短的患者，均单纯使用补中益气汤加减治疗，治疗2月后开始观察疗效。结果 42例患者中总有效率为90.4%。结论 补中益气汤能明显改善子宫切除后患者疲乏气短的症状。
