【摘 要】体质辨析及咨询调养报告系统给病人显示各种体质对应的调查问卷，病人根据自身感受作答，然后系统汇总并得出评分，最后根据预设的公式判断病人属于哪种体质并给出对应的调养报告。

 Abstract：the system of Physical analysis and consulting recuperation report shows the corresponding questionnaire of a variety of physical to the patient，they will answer according to their own feelings，then the system will make a summary and draw ratings，finally，the final judgment will be obtained which patients belongs to and give the corresponding recuperation report.
