【摘 要】目的 提高护生临床实际工作能力。方法 通过培训，营造良好的教学环境，让护生在实习阶段，从无知到有知，通过实习阶段后能成为一名出色的工作人员。结果 我院自2013年起至今已对192名护生进行了规范化管理，所有人员考试合格。结论 有目的，系统全面的培养护生，加快了新进护理人员的成长。
