 【摘 要】目的：探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床价值。方法：选取50例输尿管结石患者进行研究，进行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术，观察疗效。结果：50例患者的一期碎石成功率为96%，术后未出现严重并发症，术后1个月内结石排净率达到100%。结论：给予输尿管结石患者经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗，疗效确切且可靠。

 [Abstract]：Objective：To investigate the clinical value of holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.Methods：50 cases of ureteral calculi patients were studied，were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy，observed the effect.Results：The success rate of lithotripsy in 50 patients was 96%，and severe complications were not occurred after operation.The rate of stones was 100% in 1 months after operation.Conclusion：The treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy is effective and reliable.
