 【摘 要】目的：研究瓷贴面联合正畸治疗对前牙美容修复的应用价值。方法：选取40例本人口腔诊所于近三年来接收的前牙正畸美容修复的患者，采用瓷贴面联合正畸治疗方法对40例患者进行前牙美容修复，观察1年后修复体情况。结果：经1年的随访，40例患者83颗中有3颗出现牙龈炎症，2颗出现修复体变色，有1颗有轻度牙体移位，无1颗患者出现瓷贴面脱落和崩瓷等情况。结论：采用瓷贴面联合正畸治疗的方法对前牙进行美观修复，疗效较好，值得推广。
