 【摘 要】目的：分析新生儿黄疸与溶血病的相关性。方法：选取2012年5月～2015年5月于我院分娩的130例溶血病患儿作为研究组，另选同期130例健康新生儿作为对照组，比较两组新生儿黄疸发生率。结果：研究组新生儿黄疸发病率100%，与对照组50%相比较，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：溶血病新生儿更容易诱发新生儿黄疸，应引起临床的高度关注。
