 【摘 要】目的：探讨晚期食道癌患者经紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗临床疗效。方法：对照组给予顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶化疗，研究组给予顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗。记录两组晚期食管癌患者临床疗效、化疗相关不良反应发生情况。结果：两组晚期食道癌患者经上述相应方案完成化疗后，研究组总有效率(75.56%)显著高于对照组(55.56%)(P0.05)。结论：对晚期食管癌患者给予紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗可显著提高其临床疗效，有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。
