【摘要】 肋骨骨折是最常见的胸部损伤。现国内外专家已达成共识，认为多发性肋骨骨折患者手术治疗优于非手术治疗。随着胸腔镜技术发展及快速康复理念的提出，微创手术治疗肋骨骨折已成为目前的研究热点。肋骨骨折微创手术的适应证及手术方式值得探讨。

 【Abstract】Rib fracture is a common chest injury. Global experts have reached a consensus that surgical treatment is better than non?surgical treatment. With the development of video?assisted thoracoscopic surgery and the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery，minimally invasive surgery for rib fractures has becoming a research hotspot. This article reviews the indications and operative methods of minimally invasive surgery for rib fractures.
