【摘要】随着人工智能的迅猛发展，影像组学得到飞速发展，近几年PET代谢影像组学研究报道也逐渐增多，在非小细胞肺癌、头颈肿瘤、食道癌、胰腺癌、子宫颈癌、淋巴瘤及肉瘤等方面应用获得可喜结果，但也存在许多问题需要进一步研究解决。该文就PET/CT代谢影像组学概况、方法学研究、初步临床应用及其存在问题进行了综述，以进一步推动PET代谢影像组学的研究。
