【摘要】2014年我国血液透析患者的数量接近34万，这是一个令人担忧的公共卫生问题。慢性肾脏病发病率高，预后不良，对社会造成了沉重的经济负担。高血压病在透析患者中是常见的、难以诊断且很难控制的并发症。该文对透析患者高血压病的诊断、流行病学和管理的诸多方面进行综述。提高透析患者高血压病的诊断和治疗技术，有助改善其远期临床预后。
