【摘要】IgE在自身免疫中发挥着重要作用，一般认为与Ⅰ型变态反应相关。目前越来越多的研究证实，IgE在肿瘤增殖、迁移、侵袭中也发挥作用。该文对近年相关文献进行综述，分析IgE在肿瘤中可能发挥的作用，为临床疾病的诊治提供理论基础。
