【摘要】 嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎(EG)是一种以胃肠道嗜酸性粒细胞异常浸润为特征的罕见疾病。由于其症状和实验室检查结果通常缺乏特异性，在临床上很容易漏诊和误诊。该文对1例以除食管以外的全消化道多发溃疡为主要表现的EG患者的诊治经过进行描述和分析，提示我们加强对EG的诊断和鉴别诊断的认识，对于提高诊断的准确性、减少误诊及改善患者预后方面起着重要作用。
