銆怉bstract銆 Objective To observe the effect of respiratory humidification treatment device on blood gas analysis parameters and D-dimer levels in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypoxemia. Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypoxemia were enrolled and divided into the observation (n = 34) and control groups (n = 34). On the basis of routine therapy锛 high-flow nasal oxygen therapy was given in the control group and respiratory humidification treatment device was utilized in the observation group. The changes of arterial blood oxygen pressure (PaO2)锛 arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2)锛 oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2)锛 arterial blood carbon bicarbonate (HCO3-)锛 arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure (PCO2) and arterial blood pH value (pH) were statistically compared between two groups before and after corresponding treatment. The D-dimer levels in the peripheral blood were analyzed between two groups before and after therapy.
