【摘要】 目的 探討子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者异位和在位内膜组织RhoA/Rho相关激酶1(ROCK1)及同源盒A10(HOXA10)的表达及其意义。方法 收集140例EMS患者的异位和在位内膜组织进行ROCK1及HOXA10表达的免疫组织化学染色(免疫组化)与蛋白免疫印迹法检测，分析患者的临床特征与上述2种蛋白表达水平之间的关系。结果 EMS患者异位内膜组织的 ROCK1表达阳性率为77.9%，高于在位内膜组织的21.4%，异位内膜组织的HOXA10表达阳性率为28.6%，低于在位内膜组织的87.9%(P均 0.05)，而与EMS临床分期有关(P , 百拇医药

 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ROCK1 and HOXA10 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of patients diagnosed with endometriosis (EMS). Methods One hundred and forty patients with EMS admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. The ectopic and eutopic endometrial tissues of 140 patients were collected for ROCK1 and HOXA10 expression detected by immunohistochemical staining and Western blot. The relationship between the clinical characteristics and the expression levels of ROCK1 and HOXA10 proteins was analyzed.
