【摘要】 Bm亚型在临床上较少见。该文分析了一例Bm亚型患者的血型鉴定过程。该例患者的微柱凝胶法显示血型正反不一致，正定型为O型，反定型为A型，抗体筛选结果为阴性，吸收放散实验证实其红细胞存在弱B抗原，且红细胞与抗A、B血清不凝集，证实为Bm亚型。该例提示，当发现患者正反定型不一致时应进行血型血清学实验鉴定其是否为亚型，选择合适的血液给亚型患者输注，确保临床输血安全。

 【Abstract】 Bm subtype is relatively rare in clinical practice. In this article， the serological analysis of one case of Bm subtype was identified. The microcolumn gel method indicated a discrepancy between the forward and reverse typing. The forward typing was type O， whereas the reverse typing was type A.
