【摘要】 随着现代诊断技术和化学治疗水平的改进，白血病患者生存率不断提高，白血病浸润眼部的临床症状也越来越多样化。肿瘤细胞几乎可以侵及所有眼部结构，掌握白血病的眼部表现对眼部疾病诊断和治疗有重要意义。该文就急性淋巴细胞性白血病的眼部表现进行探讨，包括肿瘤细胞的原发(直接)和继发(间接)浸润，并阐述其发病机制。
