[摘要] 目的:比较注射不同剂量氟比洛芬酯预防异丙酚注射痛的效果。方法:采用随机对照单盲的方法,选择我院择期手术病人200例,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机分为4组,每组50例。A组:1%利多卡因0.5 mg·kg-1;B组:1%氟比洛芬酯0.5 mg·kg-1;C组:1%氟比洛芬酯1 mg·kg-1;D组:生理盐水0.05 ml·kg-1。麻醉诱导前1 min ,均从手背静脉预给药,给药前使该手臂举起15 s,然后在前臂近端扎止血带放平,推注60 s后松开止血带,以0.5 ml·s-1的速度注射异丙酚。注射期间使用4分法对注射痛评分。结果:与D组比较,A、B、C组注射痛的发生率和严重程度均明显降低(P0.05)。结论:扎止血带静脉注射氟比洛芬酯0.5 mg·kg-1或1 mg·kg-1预充盈血管60 s均能明显降低异丙酚注射痛。

Effects of preventing the propofol injection pain with different doses of
flurbiprofen axetil

[Abstract] Objective: To compare the effect of preventing the propofol injection pain with different doses of flurbiprofen axetil. Methods: In a randomized, control and singel-blind trial, 200 patients(ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ) were selected in our hospital, and they were divided into four groups: group A(1%lidocaine 0.5 mg·kg-1,n=50); group B(flurbiprofen axteil 0.5 mg·kg-1,n=50); Group C(flurbiprofen axteil 1 mg·kg-1,n=50); and the control group, group D(normal saline 0.05 ml·kg-1, n=50). One minute before induction of anesthesia, all drugs were injected from the vein on the dorsum of hand, which was elevated for 15 s for gravity drainage of venous blood before infusion. Then a rubber tourniquet was placed on the forearm to produce a venous occlusion, which was opened after 60 s. Then the propofol was given by 0.5 ml·s-1 injection rate. The patients pain level was assessed by the same researcher based a four-point scale. Results: The incidence and severity of propofol injection pain in all treatment groups were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: Pretreatment with flurbiprofen axteil 0.5 mg·kg-1 or 1 mg·kg-1 with venous occlusion for 60 s can obviously reduce the incidence and severity of propofol injection pain ......
