  【摘要】目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人护理中的作用。方法：选取我科住院的80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，随机分为临床护理路径组和对照组，临床护理路径组给予已制定好的护理路径进行护理，对照组给予传统护理方法进行护理。对两组患者的治疗效果、并发症的发生率、住院时间、住院成本、对护理工作的满意度来评价护理效果。结果：两组患者的治疗效果、并发症的发生率无明显差异(P﹥0.05)，临床护理路径组的住院时间、住院成本生率明显缩短，患者对护理工作的满意度显著提高，差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论：在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理中应用临床护理路径，有助于提高护理质量，深化优质服务。

 The application research of clinical care pathway in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

 ABSTRACT: Objective: Explore the role of the clinical care pathway (CNP) in the care of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Selected 80 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the CNP and control groups, the CNP group to give the nursing paths has developed good control group received traditional nursing care. The days of waiting for surgery, the incidence of complications, the length of stay, hospitalization costs and the degree of nursing satisfaction were observed in each group and the differences were compared the nursing work. Result: The incidence of complications was no significant difference between two groups(P﹥0.05). The days of waiting for surgery and the length of stay were shorter than those in the control group (P﹤0.05);the hospitalization costs were also less than in those in the control group (P﹤0.05);the degree of satisfaction was higher compared with control group (P﹤0.05) 0.05).Conclusion: Using the CNP model of the care path forms in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the nursing quality could be improved and deepened.
