摘要：通过资料收集、统计和现场调研等方法，发现基层实用型卫生人才培养的主要问题，结合医药卫生体制改革人才需求的实际，探讨和思考加强基层卫生人才培养的政策环境、教育条件、有效途径。研究医学职业院校在学历教育、改革人才培养模式、建立培训和技能鉴定中心、实施医学文化和医德医风教育等工作中的方式、方法，积极培养与基层医疗卫生服务需求相适应的卫生人才，满足经济社会发展对居民身体健康的需求。
