摘要：目的：探讨狂犬病暴露处置门诊的医院感染管理措施，防止医院感染的发生 方法 ：分析狂犬病暴露处置门诊的感染因素的特殊性和普遍性，实行特殊预防和标准预防相结合的措施 结果： 通过人员培训、加大投入，医院感染管理制度的实施和监督，使各项监控指标在正常范围，保证了良好的就医环境和行医环境 结论： 实行特殊预防与标准预防相结合的措施，对预防医院感染的发生是有效的。

 Abstract： OBJECTIVE To explore the hospital infection management measures in rabies virus exposure clinic and the preventment of the hosipital infection. METHODS Analyzed the speciality and the universality of the infection factors of the rabies virus exposure clinic and also the special measures and the universal measures are used RESULTS The continuing education was strengthened，the devotion was increase，the hosipital infection management was performed and supervised，and so the qualified medical environment was created. CONCLUSIONS The measures of the special and universal protection is effective to the preventment of the hospital infection.
