摘要：目的： 探讨使用一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗包皮过长的的临床应用效果。方法：82例包皮过长的患者应用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术。结果：2例患者因一次性包皮环切缝合器的质量原因改行包皮环切术，余患者手术全部成功，手术时间4-10分钟，平均6分钟。出血量1-3ml，术后伤口无水肿。结论：应用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术，手术时间短，手术操作简单，术中出血少，恢复快，阴茎外形美观，值得临床推广和应用。

 Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the curative effects of the operation of redundant prepuce treated with disposable circumcison suture device.
