摘要：目的： 分析长期导管相关血行感染及治疗效果。方法： 38例次长期导管行血液透析继发导管相关血行感染患者，均应用抗生素封管和全身用药。 结果：38例次导管相关血行感染中，治愈36例，反复感染2例，给予拔管后继续静脉抗感染治愈。结论：糖尿病患者相比非糖尿病患者易于感染，抗生素封管加全身用药对长期导管相关血行感染有较好的治疗效果。

 Abstract：Objective： The aim of this study is to analyses long-term catheter-associated hematogenous infection and effect of treatment. Method： Antibiotics tube sealing and systemic administration were performed in 38 patients who received long-term hemodialysis with secondary catheter-associated hematogenous infection. Results： 36 patients were healed among 38 total patients while 2 have repeated infection that have been healed due to antibiotics therapy following extubation. Conclusion： Patients who have diabetes were more susceptible to infection compared with patients without diabetes. Antibiotics tube sealing and systemic administration have satisfactory effect on long-term catheter-associated hematogenous infection.
