摘要:分析了湖南食用槟榔加工业的变迁,人群咀嚼槟榔的习惯和食用槟榔的安全性,从提高食用槟榔安全质量,积极研发食用槟榔纤维软化技术,建立和完善食用槟榔食品安全标准体系方面提出了发展槟榔产业的对策。
