摘 要：目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生的护理方法和经验。方法： 回顾我科2011年5月～2013年10月52例行经尿道前列腺电切术患者的护理方法。结果：52例患者均手术成功，无术后严重并发症发生。结论： 良好的护理是保证和提高经尿道前列腺电切术手术成功率至关重要的一环。

 Abstract：Objective To discuss nursing care experience and methods on benign prostate hyperplasia patients treated with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP). Methods Retrospective study on nursing care experience and methods on 52 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia treated with TURP between 2011.5 and 2013.10.Results The surgical treatments were successful done and there were no serious complication among all patients.Conclusion Earnest nursing care played an important role in guaranteeing and improving success rate of TURP.
