摘 要：目的：探讨多层螺旋CT诊断肠扭转的应用价值。方法：选择15例经肠系膜血管最大密度投影和平面重组处理确诊为肠扭转的患者，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：CT影像结果显示，15例患者均有腹水征、 肠系膜血管呈漩涡征，3例肠系膜动脉有血栓形成，6例呈鸟喙征，5例肠系膜上的静脉和动脉呈换位征，7例呈双晕征或靶环征，7例肠管呈漩涡征。结论：肠扭转的典型特征可以在多层螺旋CT中显示出来，对诊断肠扭转有很大价值。
