摘 要： 二氢杨梅素是黄酮类化合物之一，大量存在于藤茶植物中。研究表明二氢杨梅素具有抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗氧化、抗血栓和消炎等多种功效[1-3]。本文主要综述二氢杨梅素抗肿瘤活性和5种抗肿瘤作用机制：诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡；诱导肿瘤细胞自噬；抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移；抑制肿瘤血管形成以及细胞周期阻滞。二氢杨梅素在体外和体内抗肿瘤方面效果明显，其对抗肿瘤药物的研究具有重要意义。
