当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2014年第18期 编号：12654615 非侵袭性真菌性鼻 http://www.100md.com 2014年6月25日 2014年第18期 鼻窦炎,鼻黏膜,真菌病   摘要：目的 探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗及预后。方法 对我科收治的并经病理学证实的41例非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后经6个月至2年随访，治愈39例，复发2例。复发2例经再次鼻内镜手术治愈。结论 对于非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎，术中鼻窦病变清除彻底，术后定期随访换药并配合鼻窦冲洗，则可获得较高的治愈率。

 Clinical analysis of Non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis

 Abstract：Objective To investigate the treatment and prognosis of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis by pathologic classify were reviewed. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. 39 patients were cured by endoscopic sinus surgery or combined radical maxillary sinusotomy, but 2 patients could not get their satisfactory results, they need the second surgery were cured. Conclusions For non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, remove diseases of sinus completely during the surgery ......
