摘要：目的： 探讨彩色多普勒超声对胆囊切除术后再生性胆囊的超声诊断的价值。方法 ：回顾性分析我院发现的12例胆囊切除术后再生性胆囊的超声声像图特点，并结合相关文献资料进行回顾性分析。结果： 12例患者均有不同程度的右上腹不适，疼痛，其中3例伴有结石。 结论： 彩色多普勒超声可准确评估胆囊切除术后再生性胆囊的位置、大小、内部有无结石，是临床定期随访、确定治疗方案、评估手术效果的首选方法。

 Regeneration of gallbladder after cholecystectomy the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis

 Abstract：Objective: to evaluate color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) in the value of the reproducibility of ultrasonography on diagnosis of gallbladder after cholecystectomy. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 12 cases were found after cystic resection of reproducible ultrasonic ultrasonographic characteristics of gallbladder, and combined with related literature were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 12 patients had different degrees of right epigastric discomfort, pain, including 3 cases with stones. Conclusion: color doppler ultrasound can accurately assess regeneration after cystic resection of gallbladder location, size, internal presence of stones, the identification is a regular follow-up, clinical treatment, the effect is the preferred method of operation. ......
