摘要：目的研究采用全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注5-FU化疗的肿瘤患者的护理体会。方法选取我院2012年12月~2013年12月住院部20例行全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注5-FU化疗的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象，对其临床护理的体会进行回顾性分析总结。结果20例患者的5-FU均准时输注完成，不良反应发生率为60.0%，患者对护理的满意度为95.0%；护理满意度与化疗前相比χ2=4.2208(p=0.0399)，差异具有统计学意义。结论对患者进行护理干预后，显著降低了患者不良反应的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To study the treatment experience of automatic pump continuous infusion of 5-FU chemotherapy of cancer care.
