摘要：目的：探讨PKP联合唑来膦酸治骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的疗效。 方法：分析骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折 58 例，其中PKP联合唑来膦酸治疗 27 例(A组)；仅行PKP治疗31例(B组)。 结果：治疗前 2 组间 ODI 评分差异无统计学意义，治疗后A组恢复更优。结论：PKP治疗术后联合唑来膦酸等抗骨质疏松药物对骨折及骨质疏松引起的并发症及不适感疗效显著。

 Abstract：Objective： To study the PKP joint azole phosphonic acid treated osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods： Analysis of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures， 58 cases of PKP holds jointly azole to phosphonic acid treatment of 27 cases (group A)； Only line PKP holds the treatment of 31 cases (group B). Results： There was no statistically significant difference ODI score between two groups before and after treatment group A better recovery. Conclusion： PKP holds the treatment of postoperative combined azole phosphonic acid and anti osteoporosis drug complications and discomfort caused by fractures and osteoporosis curative effect is remarkable.
