摘要： 目的 ：对比异甘草酸镁、还原型谷胱甘肽两种药物在预防肝癌血管栓塞术后肝损害的效果。方法： 选择在我科住院的原发性肝癌病人95例为研究对象，根据入院时间单双日分为两组，A组61例使用还原型谷胱甘肽、B组34例使用异甘草酸镁进行预防。观察指标 术前、术后3天两组病例肝功能的对比。结果： 两组术前总胆红素对比有显著差异(P=0.0494)，白蛋白对比有显著差异(P=0.4251)，谷丙转氨酶对比无显著差异(P=0. 5644)，谷草转氨酶对比有显著差异(P=0. 2120)，凝血酶原时间对比无显著差异(P=0. 9772)；两组术后总胆红素对比有显著差异(P=0.0205)，白蛋白对比有显著差异(P=0.2502)，谷丙转氨酶对比有显著差异(P=0. 0195)，谷草转氨酶对比有显著差异(P=0. 0062)，凝血酶原时间对比无显著差异(P=0. 5105)。结论： 异甘草酸镁在预防肝癌血管栓塞术后肝损害的效果稍优于还原型谷胱甘肽。

 目前原发性肝癌的治疗以综合治疗为主，其中肝癌血管栓塞术是微创手术较常用的方法，但肝癌血管栓塞术常引起肝功能的损害，甚至肝衰竭的发生，在临床工作中常使用异甘草酸镁注射液、还原型谷胱甘肽粉针剂进行保肝治疗，均取得较好的效果，为预防肝癌血管栓塞术后出现肝损害，本研究选择常用的2种保肝药进行术前用药对比。经对比发现异甘草酸镁注射液在预防肝癌血管栓塞术后出现肝损害的效果稍优于还原型谷胱甘肽粉针剂。现报告如下：

 资料与方法

 1.资料来源 选择于2014年5月～2015年3月在我科住院的原发性肝癌病人95例为研究对象，其中男性82例，女性13例，年龄24～77岁。分为两组，A组61例，其中男性54例，女性7例，年龄24～72岁；B组34例，男性28例，女性6例，年龄24～77岁。所有病例均做影像学检查(B超、CT、肝动脉造影)、肝功能(总胆红素、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、凝血酶原时间)、AFP，明确为原发性肝癌，肿瘤直径小于8cm。, 百拇医药(覃祖云等) 第 1 2 页 下一页
