摘要：线粒体作为主要的供能细胞器，亦是高等动物细胞核外仅有DNA的微结构。由于线粒体基因结构及功能特性，决定其易损伤和突变的特点，在肿瘤发生发展过程中亦起重要作用，国内外的大量研究已予以证明。近年来，也有学者研究其基因改变与喉癌癌变的相关性，本文就线粒体基因改变在喉癌癌变中的作用加以综述。
