摘 要：结合我院研究生教育管理工作现状，对综合型医院如何提升研究生教育管理质量进行探讨。提出抓好生源质量、强化导师意识、加强学位课程建设、规范临床科研实践、强调过程管理与效果评估，是提高研究生培养质量和水平的重要保证。

 Abstract：Based on the practice of graduate education of our hospital， how to promote graduate medical students education quality is discussed. Measures such as improving student quality， strengthening director’s responsibility， enhancing course arrangement， standardizing clinic and research practice and emphasizing process management and impact assessment are the important points to assure graduate medical student’s quality.
