摘要：目的：分析研究原发性肾病综合征并发重症畸形肾功能衰竭的临床特征与治疗方式。方法：选取我院收治的14例原发性肾病综合征并发重症急性肾功能衰竭患者，结合其临床治疗情况，对其病理特征与治疗效果进行研究分析。结果：原发性肾病综合征并发重症急性肾功能衰竭患者临床中以肾病综合征为主要表现，少尿型患者数量较多，且伴有血肌酐、血清纤维蛋白原升高变化；经综合治疗后，2例患者治疗过程中发生死亡，其余患者的重症急性肾功能衰竭病症痊愈、原发性肾病综合征治疗有效率约为78.6%。结论：结合患者病症变化，通过腹膜透析与抗凝、激素等综合治疗，能够有效缓解患者的病症反应。
