摘要：目的：为了了解苏州大学附属儿童医院静脉药物配置中心抗菌药物的使用情况，并且评价它的使用合理性。方法：对2013年8月至2015年3月期间该药物配置中心配置的241107份输液医嘱进行统计、分析。结果：不合理用药医嘱为191份，其中抗菌药物不合理使用医嘱为91份，占总不合理医嘱的47.64%。结论：我院抗菌药物的使用中存在不合理，应引起注意。

 Abstract：Objective： In order to investigate and evaluate the rational usage of antibacterial drugs in Soochow University affiliated children’s hospital. Methods： the 241107 prescriptions in the period between August in 2013 and March in 2015 were statistically analyzed.
