摘要：目的：研究分析全髋关节置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2010-2013年收治的股骨颈骨折患者80例，将采用全髋置换术患者设为A组，半髋关节置换术为B组，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后返修率情况。结果：A组患者手术时间与术中出血量明显多于B组，其差异显著具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：半髋置换术治疗股骨颈骨折手术时间短，出血量少，患者损伤小，但翻修率高，在选择手术方式时可根据患者的情况选择最合适的方式。
