摘要：目的：探讨根管显微镜技术冶疗根管穿孔的临床效果。 方法：选择各类根管穿孔的患者67例，共79个根管，使用根管显微镜技术处理，统计临床疗效以及半年后的成功率。结果：共有56个根管治疗成功，成功率为70.9%。结论：根管显微镜技术为根管穿孔治疗提供了有效的治疗手段。

 Abstract： Objective： To explore clinical effects of microscope technique on treating perforating root canals. Methods： 67teeth of various kinds of 79 perforating root canals were selected and treated with microscope technique. The clinical effects and the success rate after six months were evaluated. Results： 56 canals were completed root canal therapy and 70.9% had got clinical success. Conclusions： Dental operating microscopic technology application provides an effective means for perforating root canal treatment.
